Terms of service
Last updated: 13 October 2026
1. Who we are
The Violet Years ("we", "us") is a trading name of LLM Media, based in Fish Hoek, Cape Town, South Africa. These terms apply to everything you buy from this website, including The Violet Years Kit.
2. What you're buying
The Violet Years Kit is a digital information product: five PDF documents delivered by email. Nothing is shipped. Product details and the price you pay are shown on the product page and at checkout.
3. Not medical advice
The kit is for general education only. It does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition, and it does not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Always speak to your doctor about your symptoms and before starting, stopping or changing any treatment.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in South African rand (ZAR). Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details. A launch price, where shown, ends on the date stated, after which the regular price applies.
5. Delivery
After your payment is confirmed, we email download links to the address you give at checkout, usually within minutes. If you don't receive them, check your spam or promotions folder, then contact us and we'll resend them.
6. Your licence to use the kit
When you buy the kit, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to download, read and print it for your own use, and to share a copy with one family member or friend as a gift. You may not resell, republish, upload, or distribute the kit or any part of it, or use it for commercial purposes. All content remains our copyright.
7. Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, set out in our Refund policy. This is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
8. Reviews and testimonials
Reviews shown on this site come from readers who agreed to their words being used. Individual experiences vary.
9. Privacy
We handle your personal information as set out in our Privacy policy and in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from how you use the information in the kit. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited under South African law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
