We want The Violet Years Kit to be genuinely useful to you. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked.

Because the kit is a digital download, there's nothing to send back.

How to ask for a refund

Reply to your order confirmation email, or send us a message through our contact page. Please include your order number and the email address you used at checkout.

When you'll get your money back

We aim to process refunds within 3 business days of your request. The money goes back to the payment method you used. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take up to 10 business days to show in your account.

Problems with your download

If your download email didn't arrive, a file won't open, or a link has expired, contact us and we'll resend your kit. Please check your spam or promotions folder first.

Your rights

This policy is in addition to your rights under South African consumer law, including the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act. Nothing in it limits those rights.
